Q: Do you supply the lights and decorations to hang?
A: Typically, the customer already has the lights and decorations for us to hang. However, yes we do sell holiday lights and decorations.
Most of the products that the average customer has can easily be matched and replaced.
We also carry commercial grade lights and decorations that you will not find in your typical retail center and has to be specially ordered. Q: $$$$$$$$$How much do your services typically cost?
A: That is a tough question to answer. Our base hourly rate as of the 2007 season started at $30 per man hour. This price includes lighting installation and removal on the first story of a home and/ or business. The prices will increase based on the complexity and liability of the job.
A good example of a higher- end service would be roof peak installations and removal. Theses services can vary from $30- 50 per man hour. Our estimates are free and flexible based on the customer's needs ... so JUST CALL!
Q: Do you repair lights and decorations if they short out after they are installed?
A: Yes we do offer a repair service for lights and decorations. In fact, we almost expect that there will be at least one, if not two or three issues with the lights and decorations after we install them. Why is this? Simply because we can not control the weather or sometimes the quality of the products that we install if they are given to us by the customer. The wind, water, snow, ect. all play major factors in the overall lasting period of the lighting installation. We will make up to two repair visits free of charge for minor issues such as broken fuses or lights/ decorations that have been blown off or disturbed by the wind and other weather related issues. However, please note that any repair issues after the first two visits will be a chargeable service. We do not offer any sort of warranty on the products that we install at your property, however we will work with you the best that we can.
We totally understand how frustrating it is to have your house and/ or business only half way lit up because of a malfunction in the decor. We are here to work with any problems that may occur.
Q: Does the initial price include removal of the lights and decorations?
A: Yes, we do try and give one price for the entire job to include installation and removal of the lights and decorations. However, we are flexible and do cater to adjusting the price of the job if a customer would like us to only install or only remove products from display.
